Introduction

Welcome to 7lotta. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You", "Your") and 7lotta ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the 7lotta website located at https://7lotta.cam (the "Website", "Platform", "Service") and all related services, features, content, and applications offered by 7lotta.

By creating an account, accessing the Website, placing bets, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services and should immediately cease all access to the Platform.

These Terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. 2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an account on 7lotta, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification)
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Date of birth
• Residential address in Indonesia (city, province)
• Preferred password (meeting our security requirements)

2.3 Account Restrictions

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the 7lotta Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect or reasonably suspect that you have created or are operating multiple accounts, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate all associated accounts
• Void all bets and bonuses across all accounts
• Confiscate any winnings derived from prohibited multi-account activity
• Retain deposited funds as liquidated damages

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held fully responsible for all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other actions taken using your Account.

3.2 KYC Verification Requirements

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming standards, 7lotta reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Required KYC documents may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method (bank statement showing your name and account number matching the deposit source)
• Selfie photograph holding your ID document next to your face

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 7 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. We process KYC verification requests within 24-48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

3.3 Suspicious Activity Monitoring

7lotta employs advanced fraud detection systems to monitor for suspicious account activity, including but not limited to unusual betting patterns, rapid deposit/withdrawal cycles, coordinated betting across multiple accounts, and attempts to exploit bonus terms. We reserve the right to investigate any activity we deem suspicious and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, pending investigation completion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7lotta accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet deposits. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bank Transfers: 15 minutes to 3 hours (depending on business hours and bank processing times)
• E-Wallets: 1 to 24 hours (subject to e-wallet provider verification)
• VIP Gold Tier Members: Priority express processing under 10 minutes at any time

There is no withdrawal fee for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals may be delayed or subject to additional verification if KYC documentation is incomplete or if we detect suspicious activity.

4.3 Wagering Requirements for Deposits

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time through at their full value before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a deposit of Rp 500,000 requires a minimum of Rp 500,000 in total bets (win or lose) before the remaining balance can be withdrawn. This requirement does not apply to winnings generated from wagered deposits, which can be withdrawn freely subject to KYC verification.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits and withdrawals must be made from/to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments (deposits from someone else's bank account or e-wallet, or withdrawals to an account not in your name) are strictly prohibited. If we detect third-party payment activity, we reserve the right to confiscate funds, void bets, and close your Account.

5. Betting Rules and Game Play

5.1 General Betting Terms

All bets placed on the 7lotta Platform are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to carefully review all bet details—including stake amount, odds, and event selection—before confirming placement. We accept no liability for errors in bet placement made by the User.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 7lotta covers a wide range of markets including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), basketball, badminton, MotoGP, e-sports, and more. Specific rules apply to each sport and market type:

• Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results as declared by the governing sports body or league.
• Postponed/Abandoned Events: If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets remain valid. If the match is not played within 48 hours, all bets are void and stakes are refunded.
• Live Betting: Odds for live (in-play) betting are updated in real-time based on match conditions. Bets placed during connectivity issues or after an event outcome is already determined may be voided.

5.3 Casino Game Rules

7lotta offers live casino games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker) powered by leading providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. All casino games are subject to the specific rules published within each game interface. Random Number Generator (RNG) fairness is certified by independent testing laboratories.

5.4 Slot Games and RTP

Slot games on 7lotta display their Return to Player (RTP) percentage within the game information screen. RTP represents the theoretical long-term payout percentage and does not guarantee results for individual sessions. All slot outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are completely random.

5.5 Maximum Winnings and Payout Limits

The maximum payout per single bet is Rp 500,000,000 (five hundred million Rupiah). The maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Rupiah) for standard accounts and Rp 200,000,000 for VIP Gold Tier accounts. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

7lotta offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rewards, free bets, and loyalty program benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions. These terms are clearly stated on each promotion page and must be accepted before claiming the bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as turnover or rollover requirements) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with 25x wagering requirements means you must wager the bonus amount 25 times before withdrawal is permitted. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution (Rp 100 wagered = Rp 100 toward requirements)
• Table Games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat): 10-20% contribution
• Live Casino: 15% contribution
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution for bets at odds 1.80 or higher

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers—including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging opposite outcomes), or irregular betting patterns—will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, voiding of associated winnings, and potential Account closure. 7lotta reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus at our sole discretion if we suspect abuse or violation of terms.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Account (excluding active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after KYC verification is completed. Voluntary closures are permanent and cannot be reversed.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. 8.3 Company-Initiated Suspension or Termination

7lotta reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or pose a risk to the integrity of our Platform. In the event of Company-initiated termination for cause, we may confiscate any remaining balance and void outstanding bets.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While 7lotta strives to maintain 99.8% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We accept no liability for losses incurred due to service interruptions.

9.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of obvious errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations caused by technical malfunctions or human error, 7lotta reserves the right to void affected bets and correct Account balances. Users will be notified of such corrections, and corrected balances will reflect the accurate state based on valid bets only.

9.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7lotta's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 7lotta Platform, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the incident. Please provide your Account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. We will investigate all complaints and respond within 48 hours with our findings.

10.2 Final Decision Authority

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team for final review. The decision of 7lotta management on any disputed matter shall be final and binding. All disputes will be handled in accordance with our internal dispute resolution procedures and applicable gambling regulations.

10.3 Arbitration

Any unresolved disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction governing 7lotta. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 7lotta is licensed to operate. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes. Indonesian players acknowledge that 7lotta operates as an international offshore platform and that Indonesia's domestic gambling regulations do not apply to this Agreement.
